Later due to aging of electronics & product life cycle there was no support from OEM’s, M/s Indian Rayon planned to replace existing controller with new generation controllers

Manufacture & Supply of Special Purpose Machine to test the gear ratio of the axle
Scope of this machine is to validate the gear ratio of every axle assembly. Each axle has a serial number, model number, gear ratio printed & itched on the name plate in QR code pattern (DPM – Direst part marking). Our system reads the data from name plate using DPM scanner, calculates actual gear ratio & compares calculated gear ratio with name plate and validates it.

CUSTOMER: SGS India Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru
Boom type augur sampling system
This machine is used in thermal power plants to test quality of coal. The system collects the sample of coal from truck and tests the quality of coal in laboratories by SGS team. This is a hydraulically operated machine. Earlier these machines were manually operated using hydraulic joy sticks, human intervention in collection resulted in samples being taken from specific point predefined by supplier where the good quality of coal was dumped in the truck. To avoid manipulation, the customers intend was to build an automated system, where the system first identifies truck boundaries and selects a random point within the truck boundary and collects the sample. This was successfully designed and executed

Retrofit of Gear Shaping Machine
Machine was running on Siemens 840C outdated controller, with no support of spares from Siemens in case of hardware failure. Customer decided to retrofit the machine with new generation CNC controller
